You are asked for a note. Play it on any string, in any octave. Octave errors are the classic failure of autocorrelation and they cost nothing here, because only the pitch class is scored.

Bleed is the share of trials where the previous note was still detected while you answered. That is the number that decides whether this can work without palm muting, and it matters more than raw accuracy.
